My Story

The Story Behind Nashdom

Nashdom Realty Brokerage Inc. was founded by Maggie Abril in 2023. After years watching clients get lost inside large national brokerages, the promise was simple: build something smaller, sharper, and unmistakably local.

Today Nashdom is an independent boutique brokerage at 1219 Main Street E. in Hamilton. We work across residential sales, rentals, and pre-construction condos in Hamilton, Dundas, Grimsby, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Burlington, and Binbrook.

We stay deliberately small. A tight roster of REALTORS® means every client gets senior-level attention from the first conversation through closing - no handoffs, no call centres, no junior agents. Our Broker of Record is on every file.

We also believe boutique brokerages are the most rewarding place for the right kind of agent to grow. We've built Nashdom around hands-on broker mentorship, transparent splits, and the autonomy to actually serve your clients - not the bureaucracy.
